These terms govern the use of Nexium Graphics services, products, and website (Reg 2026/516650/07).

We provide design, document, event, publishing, and digital product services as described on our website and in quotes.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final files are released after full payment.
Revisions and turnaround times are as agreed per project. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and files, and for confirming approvals before final delivery.
Ownership of custom work transfers on full payment unless otherwise agreed. Template products are licensed, not sold, under the stated licence terms.
Refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy and Digital Download Policy. Instant digital downloads may not be refundable once accessed.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes are handled per our stated dispute process.
