We provide design, document, event, publishing, and digital product services as described on our website and in quotes.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final files are released after full payment.
Revisions and turnaround times are as agreed per project. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and files, and for confirming approvals before final delivery.
Ownership of custom work transfers on full payment unless otherwise agreed. Template products are licensed, not sold, under the stated licence terms.
Refund and delivery rules are set out in our Refund Policy, Fulfilment & Delivery Policy, and Digital Download Policy. Instant digital downloads may not be refundable once accessed. Nexium Graphics (Pty) Ltd is the merchant of record for all purchases on this website.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product. Full details, including our warranty disclaimer, are in the Disclaimer, Warranties & Limitation of Liability page.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes are handled per our stated dispute process.
