How and when Nexium Graphics (Reg 2026/516650/07) delivers digital products and custom services after payment.

Nexium Graphics (Pty) Ltd (Reg 2026/516650/07) is the merchant of record for every purchase made on this website. We are responsible for charging your payment, delivering your order, and handling refunds and support. Charges appear on your card or bank statement under the Nexium Graphics name or our payment provider's reference for Nexium Graphics.
Digital products such as printable books are delivered automatically after your payment is confirmed by the payment provider — normally within minutes.
Delivery is by email to the address given at checkout, containing secure download links. Links expire after a set period (default 7 days) and allow a limited number of downloads (default 5), so save your files after downloading. Nothing physical is shipped.
Customised products and design services are prepared by the Nexium team and delivered per the timeline agreed in your quote or product description. Progress is tracked through order statuses: Pending Payment, Paid, Processing, Ready for Download, Delivered, and Completed.
If a download email does not arrive, first check your spam folder, then email revandro@nexiumgraphics.co.za with your order number. We will reissue secure links at no charge. Orders that cannot be delivered are refunded in line with our Refund Policy.
