Information / Deputy Information Officer

Requests under PAIA and POPIA are handled by our Information Officer, reachable at revandro@nexiumgraphics.co.za. The Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator (South Africa).

Records we hold

Client and enquiry records (contact details, briefs, correspondence); quotes, invoices, receipts and payment records; project and design files; supplier and representative records; website, analytics and marketing records; and statutory records such as company registration, tax and accounting records.

How to request access to a record

Email revandro@nexiumgraphics.co.za with your name, contact details, the record you want, the form of access you prefer, and proof of identity. We may charge the prescribed PAIA fees. We aim to respond within 30 days as required by PAIA; complex requests may be extended in line with the Act.

Grounds for refusal & your remedies

Access may be refused only on the grounds allowed by PAIA — for example to protect another person's personal information, third-party confidential or commercial information, or privileged records. If a request is refused you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator or apply to court.

Your POPIA rights

Separately from PAIA access requests, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or object to its processing, at /privacy/request or via revandro@nexiumgraphics.co.za. See our Data Protection Notice for how we comply with POPIA's eight processing conditions.
