Contact details (name, email, phone), company details, project briefs, uploaded files, order and payment records, and website usage data.
To respond to enquiries, deliver services and products, issue quotes and invoices, process payments, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We process information to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, with your consent for marketing, and for our legitimate interests in running the business.
Authorised Nexium Graphics staff on a need-to-know basis, and trusted processors: our hosting provider (Render), payment providers, email provider, and analytics/advertising services where enabled.
Client files are stored privately and shared only through secure, expiring links. They are never made public unless you ask us to.
We keep records only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law. Accounting records are kept for the legally required period.
Some processors may operate outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
You can request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or object to marketing. Submit a request at /privacy/request or email revandro@nexiumgraphics.co.za.
If you are protected by the EU/UK GDPR (Europe & the UK) or by California's CCPA/CPRA, you have additional rights — including access, deletion, correction, portability, objection, and, for California, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither).
These regional rights are set out in full on our Global Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA & CPRA) page. South African residents are covered by POPIA — see the Data Protection Notice and the PAIA Manual.
Email revandro@nexiumgraphics.co.za for any privacy question or to reach our information officer.
