How refunds work for services, custom work, and products, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Deposits cover work already scheduled and started. Refunds for cancelled custom work are assessed based on work completed.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds may not apply once a file has been downloaded, except where the product is defective.
If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.
