We accept common image, document, and archive formats within the stated size limit. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
Uploaded files are stored privately and used only to deliver your project. They are shared only with the team working on your ticket.
Project files are retained per our data retention settings and removed or archived when no longer needed.
